My biggest challenge when I applied to business school was: Find a world-class program that combines the practicality of cutting-edge experiential learning with world-class academic and research foundations.

About me: I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, and graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Sydney. I then worked for two years as a consultant in operational excellence, mainly in the financial sector. Working in an agile team environment to develop and implement solutions for C Suite clients, I realized the power of leveraging field knowledge with strong frameworks and cutting-edge analytical tools .

Beyond profit maximization efforts, one of my main areas of interest is social impact and I have experience developing, launching and managing self-sustaining social enterprises. I am struck by the great potential to bring best practice business solutions to key social issues and enrich companies through the integration of ESG initiatives. Developing this potential is a long-term career goal for me.

It was the need to broaden my skills in business management that led me to apply for the Masters in Management program at LBS. I was also drawn to the dynamic and stimulating environment, its unparalleled global perspective, and the unique hands-on experiences designed to bring out the best in students, both inside and outside the classroom.

Since joining LBS, I have already experienced the power of the School‘s incredible alumni network and look forward to continuing to engage in this community for years to come.

Three topics on which I can be approached: Entering the Masters in Management with full-time work experience; move to London; life at the LBS.
