Johnny Depp tells court his ‘goal is the truth’ in Amber Heard defamation lawsuit

It’s kind of weird when one day you’re Cinderella, so to speak, then 0.6 seconds you’re Quasimodo. I didn’t deserve this, neither did my kids, nor did the people who believed in me all these years. I didn’t want any of those people to believe that I had wronged them or lied to them or I was an impostor. I prided myself on my honesty.” In his opening remarks, Amber’s lawyer reportedly said that Amber would testify that she “was sexually abused by” Johnny, and would respond to his claim that Johnny’s bender in 2015 in Australia l ‘ passed out when he allegedly “abused and sexually assaulted Amber, all because she had the courage to confront him about his drinking.”
